Payment Terms and Conditions
For the consultation full payment is required at the time of the booking verification call. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, this can be done by calling & providing written notice via email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment and a full refund will be applied. If your cancellation is after the 24 hour period prior to your appointment no refund will be applied. There is no refunds on any consultations provided, all sales are final. Payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, or Cash. Cdn or USA Currency. For all consultations done in Canada Canadian funds apply and for any other country USA funds apply. The prices noted include all applicable taxes. All prices and offers are subject to change without notice.
Terms and conditions for clients using our affiliated vendors
New Vision Developments does not own or control the Material supplier(s)/ Installation Contractor(s) and therefore cannot guarantee Material(s)/ Installation(s) Contractors work or otherwise be responsible for their conduct.
Each USER agrees that New Vision Developments cannot be held liable or responsible for any loss or damage suffered by a USER as a result of dealings between a USER and a Material Supplier(s)/ Installation Contractor(s). Each USER negotiates his/her/its own contract and is responsible for all issues relating to the formation and performance of the contract.
While New Vision Developments may be able to provide some assistance in resolving disputes with a Material Supplier(s)/ Installation Contractor(s), we do not have any legal control over either the USER or the Material Supplier(s)/ Installation Contractor(s) and each USER agrees and understands that ultimately the USER and the Material Supplier(s)/ Installation Contractor(s) will have to resolve their differences through whatever method (negotiation, mediation, arbitration or court processes) they choose.
