Our founder has many years of successful experience in residential redevelopment. It stems from the young age of 16, working with his family’s home building and renovation company. Which lead into real estate sales and then into risk management for insurance companies.
When the market was positioned right, his dream project of a roller skating rink came to life. He brought something that was obsolete in
the market place creating a successful operation, catering to
thousands of people, for over 8 years. What made this high risk
venture successful is a very intuitive, creative and cost effective management style.
The founder of the company is committed to the creation of
employment in the markets we do business in, and in supporting the local economy. Taking all derived skills and experience, New Vision Developments was created so that he could return to his roots of home improvement. This is not a business for him but a passion!
